At Marilisi, each piece of jewelry is crafted with exceptional care and precision. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for online purchases made on this website only within 7 days after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below. Please contact us straightaway on info@marilisi.com with details of any return request.
To be eligible for a return:
• The jewelry must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and exactly as received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the original box and all accompanying materials
• All returned goods will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival
• Refunds are issued only after Marilisi confirms that the piece meets all return conditions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Bespoke or custom-made pieces
• Engraved jewelry
• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
Return Shipping
• All return shipments must be fully handled and paid for by the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• The refunded amount will reflect the price paid for the item only, excluding shipping
• Marilisi is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit
• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
Important:
For security reasons, do not state “jewelry” or any similar wording on the return package or shipping documents.
International Orders & Taxes
Please note:
• Taxes, duties, and customs fees on international orders are non-refundable
• We cannot refund any taxes paid on international deliveries
• Bespoke or engraved items remain non-refundable regardless of destination
Final Determination
All returns are subject to final approval by Marilisi. We will only accept and refund items that we determine to be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
